Acceptance of Terms of Use

Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the lemon8 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits via local payment channels including FPX (direct bank transfer), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and manual bank transfer. lemon8 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. For deposits via FPX and Touch 'n Go eWallet, this typically occurs within a few minutes. For manual bank transfers, processing may take up to 15 minutes during business hours.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may require users to submit identification documents. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account whose registered name matches the name on the lemon8 account. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will not be processed and may result in account suspension.
Lemon8 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, the relevant authorities may be notified as required by applicable law.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a lemon8 platform user, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose, to cause harm to other users, or to disrupt platform operations.
Prohibited Use
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or closure without any refund:

Account Suspension and Closure
Lemon8 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or for operational or security reasons. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If the closure is initiated by the platform through no fault of the user, any valid balance will be returned following the appropriate verification process.
Intellectual Property
All content on the lemon8 platform, including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names, is the exclusive property of lemon8 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish, or modify any platform content without prior written consent.
